Arts and Crafts

Mount Angel Oktoberfest is holding an Arts and Crafts show during the festival, Sept 17-20, 2026. Over one hundred and twenty artisans display their arts and crafts for sale at Oktoberfest.

Arts and crafts are open 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday.

Vendor applications are closed for 2026!

Please consider applying in January 2027 for our 62nd Oktoberfest which will be held September 16-19, 2027.

Information for interested vendors:

Before applying please consider the following:

Booths should be easy-up frames with a Bavarian façade tastefully decorated with white lights, lattice or other materials and flowers, ivy or hop vines. Booth dimensions are limited to a 12 ft wide by 10 ft deep space. Bavarian folk costume encouraged (i.e.: puffy blouse and apron or pants with suspenders). Spaces are available downtown on Cleveland Steet, Garfield Street, and College Street. Electricity is provided to all booths.

Jury selection of vendors is completed by photograph to decide who attends. We prefer hand-crafted products or Bavarian theme products. Commercial items are not usually accepted.

This is a family friendly festival, please do not bring items that are not suitable for viewing by a young audience. If inappropriate materials are being displayed you will be asked to remove them.

Oktoberfest will not be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or property at this show. Oktoberfest does not allow commercial, political, or general information type booths at the festival, no exceptions.

Selected vendors will be contacted in Mid May.

• I understand all booths are a 12′ x 10′ space with electricity, a Bavarian façade, and décor.
• The cost per space is $500.
• The items I sell are suitable for display for all audience ages.
