FOOD BOOTHS – NON-PROFIT

Fifty non-profit organizations from our local area (civic, school, veteran, fraternal, service, etc.) operate food booths at the festival. The booths (trailers decorated to resemble alpine chalets) offer a wide variety of Bavarian and other ethnic foods. Booth space costs $75.00 plus 15% of gross.

The intent of our festival is to be a fund-raiser for local non-profit groups and charities. Only such organizations (schools, civic, church, youth services, veteran, fraternal, service organizations, etc.) are allowed to operate food and beverage booths during Oktoberfest – no commercial vendors. You must submit with your application, a copy of IRS form 501(c)(3) tax exempt status or provide other information to establish non-profit status. Each organization must have a permanent type booth decorated in the Bavarian Alpine style.
